Policy on Defective Items:

Every item we offer is meticulously crafted by hand, with each piece being made to order. This means that great care is taken in the manufacturing process for each individual item. Although we strive for perfection, there may be rare instances where an item doesn't meet our stringent quality standards during the packaging phase before shipping. In such cases, we provide a 14-day returns policy for any items that arrive damaged or faulty due to defective materials. We'll promptly replace the item at no additional cost. Please reach out to us as soon as possible if this situation arises.
